Gold for Junior Athletes at 2015 Canadian Para Championships in the standing categories |
Mississauga, Toronto has seen the Junior Players dominating the standing categories at these 2015 Canadian Para Championships.
With 2 Gold medals (Youth category and class 9-11) and only giving up 2 sets in the whole tournament, Vincent Hamel was the best player of these years championships. Curtis Caron did almost as good with 1 gold and 2 silver medals. Curtis won the class 7, 8 category while winning against Para Pan Am Games gold medalist Stephanie Chan in a race for this years first place.
In the wheel chair categories both 2015 Para Pan Am Athletes Muhammad Mudassar (class 4, 5) and Asad Murtaza (class 2, 3) won their categories. In the Team event both players and their team mates battled for gold while Muhammad Murtaza and his team made Mohsin Watto won a very close game with 3-2 and therefor the gold medal.
