Para National Team - World Junior IWASF & PTT Thailand Open

2014 World Junior IWASF
Two Canadian Athletes, Curtis Caron and Alex Christie (from Nova Scotia) won silver and bronze at the 2014 World Junior IWASF in England. Both of the Athletes, 16 years old, are on our Aspiring Para National Team list. 500 Athletes from 50 different countries are participating in athletics, table tennis, powerlifting and archery.

Para Table Tennis Thailand Open
A little bit further East, in Pattaya - Thailand, Stephanie Chan dominated with her team mate the Women’s event and won a gold medal. In the single competition for the class 7-8 she also took home a silver medal in the women’s single event. Her next stop will be Hong Kong for another week, before going to Beijing for the 2014 ITTF Para Table Tennis World Championships.
