| Newest Blue Badge Umpire - Canada |
Jeff Wong, Ontario has completed the Blue Badge program and is officially the newest and youngest Blue Badge Official in Canada. It has taken Jeff approximately two years to complete the requirements for the program. He had to write an Advanced Rules Exam (ARE), attend an Advanced Umpire Seminar and complete four evaluations at International tournaments around the world. The final phase was the interview process which Jeff passed with flying colors.
Blue Badge Umpires are an elite group of umpires that are deemed the best in our sport. They have received special training and continuous match evaluations over the years. Jeff is now eligible for any and all International events. Congratulations Jeff Wong of Ontario.
