2008 Table Tennis Olympians Join Samsung Canada

Vancouver, July 14th 2016 - Former Canadian National Team Coach Marles Martins and former National Team Athlete Peter-Paul Pradebaan joined forces with Samsung Canada in Vancouver to celebrate the upcoming Games in Rio. At Samsung's #GALAXYLIFE event, immersive experiences let consumers get closer to the brand's Galaxy products and celebrate their international and Canadian Olympic Games partnership. Marles and Peter-Paul attended the VIP opening night to showcase the sport of table tennis and share their personal stories of proudly representing Team Canada in the 2008 Beijing Games. Like so many multicultural Canadians, during Rio, they'll be cheering on Canada and the countries they grew up in - Brazil and Sri Lanka respectively.
