2014 ITTF World Cadet Challenge - Bronze Medal Success

5 Canadians were part of the North American Team at the 2014 ITTF World Cadet Challenge in Bridgetown, Barbados. The teams included Jeremy Hazin and Bryan Ho for the Boys Team, Justina Yeung and Ivy Liao for the girls team. Maxime Surprenant, Canadian National Junior Team Coach, was in charge of the Cadet Boys Team. 

After 4 days of trainings camp, the tournament started with the team event and what was very successful for both teams ending with the bronze medal at the end. In the single events the Boys challenged each other for the 17th place, while Jeremy took a 3-0 win against Bryan. The girls also played each other in the semi final of the consolation round while Ivy took the 18th place and Justina the 19th place.
