2015 Butterfly Canadian Championships
Start Date: 2015-08-25

5 days to go - Curtis Caron, Nova Scotia

Only 5 DAYS TILL Trois-Rivières will be hosting the 2015 Butterfly Canadian Championships.

It has been a busy year already for Curtis Caron after attending 2 trainings camps with the Para National Team and the highlight of the year so far, competing at the 2015 ParaPan American Games in Toronto. His team with Masoud Mojtahed and Ian Kent even won the bronze medal. The next highlight will be the Canadian Championships and he will compete for his province Nova Scotia in the JR18 Singles Boys and Doubles event. In the team event he will also try to go as far as possible with the Nova Scotia JR Boys Team.

"I am really excited to be playing at the Canadian championship this year! I am looking forward to playing the junior team event again with the same team that went to Prince George for the canada games team! I'm happy for my younger brother Liam who will be playing his first nationals and in his first big event! I am hoping to raise my level of play just coming back from the parapan am games and I'm getting focused on playing another major event! What an awesome year so far!"
