Joe Fisher and Norman Tang Host Referee Training During the Ontario Open

05/10/2012 - During the Ontario Open last weekend, in a small conference room at the Monte Carlo Hotel, Joe Fisher and Norman Tang taught Basic Certification Referee Training, Level A to 12 table tennis enthusiasts. Four had signed up to write the “Level A” National Referee exam, while the other eight took on the “Level B” Provincial Referee Exam.
